They can sometimes be out of stock of items as well, but again, this is down to being a small-ish Boots store. The staff seem very polite and have been helpful when I needed them. Overall, a very decent store, but if you're after a wider product range and more makeup brands etc., the Fosse Park store is the one to go to (or Click and Collect at this Hinckley store.)
