I ordered 2 doors on Monday. I told them that would collect them Saturday when I get a van. Saturday I called them and told them I would collect them on Sunday and they told me that they would have them ready for me Sunday morning. I turned up at approx 14.00 and waited around for 1 hour and they kindly informed me that they can't find the pallet the doors were on and they didn't have my doors.
